My Passion
I have always felt warmth in my heart for marginalized communities that face inequalities. I enjoy being a part of organizations that promote self-advocacy. My passion lies in social justice and working in a sector nationally or internationally that emphasizes liberty, equal rights, and social responsibility. My areas of interest are wellness, marginalized communities, and personal and professional development.
I am committed to creating and advancing opportunities that empower and elevate communities through thoughtful, informed, and effective practices. By combining knowledge and experience, I seek to drive meaningful change and foster growth in diverse environments.
My Goals
I proudly accomplished the goal of establishing a career as a Senior Director at a large 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4) non-profit. I want to continue sharpening my skill set across various sectors and my passion for a public or private collegiate institution within the nonprofit or for-profit sector, focusing on higher education and project management. I am a community builder, advocate, and personnel developer dedicated to fostering change and creating inclusive environments.

A long-term goal of mine is to volunteer with the Peace Corps as a Youth Development Officer or Community Development Specialist. Then, I can take my experiences into someone else’s world.
My Present
I have transitioned my skills and passion to a public collegiate institution, the University of Central Florida, which is still in the non-profit realm and higher education. Furthermore,
I am pursuing my Doctorate in Educational Leadership at the University of Central Florida. This advanced degree equips me with the knowledge, research, and skills to lead effectively in educational settings, driving innovation and fostering inclusive learning environments. Through this program, I am deepening my understanding of leadership dynamics, policy development, and organizational change within the education sector, all of which will prepare me to make a significant impact in my future roles. Overall, I commit to diplomatic careers that align with bridging gaps and improving others’ lives.
